At BABARONI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for standard-sized dresses. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

  Ship the Items

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a reliable courier service with tracking capabilities; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items to confirm they meet our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
